What is it?
What is it?
Independent measurement and practical guidance for bedrooms, living areas, and home offices.
Electrosmog Ireland provides calm, professional EMF assessments for people who want measured clarity and prioritisation — not online speculation or fear-based claims.
About 100 years ago we lived in a relatively clean natural environment. In today’s world however, everyone is exposed to types of Electro Magnetic Frequencies (EMF), Electro Magnetic Radiation (EMR) that are unseen but may be affecting your health.
High EMF levels in bedroom may cause sleep problems and so we have to try to reduce EMF exposure in the home
During a Home EMF Assessment, measurements are taken methodically across priority living and sleep areas to understand how electromagnetic fields are distributed throughout the home.
The aim is to identify what is relevant, what is negligible, and where simple changes may make sense.
Each assessment follows a consistent process:
Establish baseline background levels
Measurements are always interpreted in context, not in isolation.
Where appropriate, clients may be shown:
How placement of devices affects readings
How distance and duration influence exposure levels
How router location and configuration can change room patterns
Any guidance provided is optional and practical, allowing clients to decide what, if anything, they wish to change.
A Home EMF Assessment:
It is a measurement and interpretation service designed to provide clarity.
Examples of common sources of Electrosmog in the home are;
The average age of a child when they receive their first mobile phone is 8 yrs old. The phone uses the same frequency used in microwave ovens, would you put your head in or near a microwave oven?
Read MoreHigh frequencies can mix with your 50 hz electric wiring and be transmitted around your home, school, office, etc. this phenomenon is called ‘Dirty Electricity’.
Read MoreThe technology uses microwave transmission around 1.8 Ghz. Research has shown that they cause headaches, fatigue, heart palpatations and sleep problems.
